Week 5 Results

Sheesh, it's already been 5 weeks, that's hard to believe. We are now officially done with all of the DTG weekly menus and we're now starting over from the beginning. This coming week is one of my favorites for the breakfasts... I LOVE the muffins and the cornbreads.

Ok, so at today's weigh-in, I was very happy to see that I lost the two pounds I had gained last week, plus one additional pound for a grand total of 10 pounds lost. Even more interesting is that I'm STILL bloated with PMS water retention, and so I've still got that water weight loss to look forward to as well (hopefully this coming week, my ankles are starting to look like elephant legs).

So overall, not bad at all. An average of 2 pounds lost per week, I'm very happy and satisfied with that. Let's hope it continues for awhile. :)

Congratulations on the 3 pound loss this week and your total loss of 10 pounds. Also as you know I had my first gain this week and I'm not real happy about it but trying to keep it in perspective and look at the bigger picture. Thanks for you words of encouragement and you're doing great!

oh and I love your ticker! I had one of those when I was pregnant with each of my boys, I loved watching it move to the right!!!
